Let’s start of by saying the people who work here are fantastic. Every interaction was friendly and fast. The location is great, a short walk to a bakery and a great boba place + a sprouts and a Walmart. My only complaint was the price point and the strict rules about what could be put on a patio.

Jorge also was the man of the hour as I was doing a move in inspection I noticed my HVAC filter was pretty bad, I caught him in the parking lot right before the office closed. He took the time even though it was close to going home to grab me a replacement filter and walked it to my property. Great team of professionals here.

Moving in was exciting. Management helped me with over the phone questions. The two office ladies where able to give me my only two request. A seconds floor apartment with a view of the city. If I had issues with my apartment outdoor (bee’s) and inside (ac) it was addressed right away. Management was able to work with my work and school schedule when it came to moving out. They were understanding and gave me a smooth move out experience. I always received great customer service by Naomi. She was always helpful and understanding. My overall experience was a 10/10.

I have been here almost over 3 years. So far I love it, I love the scenery from my apartment of the Sandia mountains. Neighbors are respectful and we all get along. I also feel safe knowing a security patrols the area threw out the night. Maintenance is always responsive, quick to fix any problems. Huge shout out Rudy, he does such an amazing job to keep the apartments up and running and is also respectful. When my lease is up with this one bedroom apartment I hope I can get into a 2 bedroom here.

I’ve been here for almost two years. The staff, managers and maintenance people have been wonderful to me. I recently made a mistake on my monthly rent payment. The managers quickly reimbursed me the over payment. I appreciated this so much. Everyone here is great. A great place to call home. During this pandemic with establishments laying off staff or having to close, people loosing their jobs having little or no income, why would rent increase, utilities increase, food prices skyrocket?

I just moved in to a studio here on Tuesday. Noticed right away that the toilet was constantly running, so placed a service request early the next morning. When I got home in the afternoon, the inner workings of the toilet had been replaced. That's service! Also, the studio is very well designed, so the space feels really good. They had replaced carpet, flooring, counter tops, and faucets, and painted all the walls, so the place felt like brand new. It's been such a pleasure to move into.

Moved from out of state during a difficult time. The staff was amazing from the beginning. Gina was so wonderful during the move in process. They were so flexible when we ended up not being able to move on the set day. We had a minor leak from the AC unit & Rudy immediately came to fix it. That has been our only issue & it was corrected quickly. No waiting. 5 minutes after we called he was at our door. We use the pool often on hot days & had the pleasure of meeting Jorge the other maintenance man. Always in a wonderful mood. I also have many packages delivered to me & Adrianna & Alicia are always there with smiling faces to assist. I hate that we have to move in June but if we could we'd renew our lease without a doubt. Wonderful location, with shopping & restaurants all around, great schools, & just amazing staff!

I have lived in these apartments for 6 months now and have enjoyed it so far. Management is always courteous and friendly. Yes, it is noisy but what can a person expect living directly off Montgomery? The pool and laundry room are on the small side for such a large complex but I have never had an issue finding a washer to use. The laundry room could be kept a bit cleaner.

The apartments are fairly nice. Maintenance is good about getting out for major repairs and fixes but minor issues get completely ignored. Understandable, as they are minor. The office staff has been friendly, but some of the policies are frustrating, especially with neighbor disputes. The standing policy (as far as I understand) is to evict both tenants regardless of what the issue is. The high school is right next door, and even from the far side of the complex and all windows closed the band is loud and frustrating. Not recommended if you sleep in or work nights.

Obviously the people here don't look before they rent. If you grew up in NM or have even lived here for some time then you know that Montgomery is basically the main street of ABQ besides downtown. If you didn't know that before then you are just stupid. Don't complain about the noise on Montgomery when you knew what you were getting in to. Also, hello have you never been to High School. It is pretty obvious that there is a school right there and um all schools have bands that practice, don't they? Stop complaining, it's common sense and you should of asked about those things when choosing where to live. Not the apartments fault about the traffic and noise of other business'.
